All Things Skin has built its business on realistic expectations, honesty, and the well being of client concerns and happiness. Although, every client is a per client case bases, sometimes expectations are not met. Not every treatment will guarantee a final result of any kind (either in skincare or body treatments). 

 

All Things Skin always strives for 100% client satisfaction. If there are any questions or concerns please address them immediately so we can better assist the situation, resolve the matter and to make sure you are fully satisfied. All Things Skin strives to offer thorough consultations on every treatment process, stay connected with you throughout the process and addressing any questions or concerns that you may have.

 

Although All Things Skin strives for 100% satisfaction, there can never be 100% guarantees that you will take well or be fully satisfied of the treatment procedure (skincare or body treatments). 

 

For this reason, All Things Skin does not offer refunds or guarantee results on all treatments offered (skincare or body treatments). 

 

There is NO REFUNDS on ANY skincare or body products/garments. 

There is a 24 HR window to exchange products that has not been opened and is still in perfect condition.

 

There is NO REFUNDS on any package deals, you will have credit that can be applied towards products or treatments (skincare, body treatments, products).

By booking with All Things Skin, you understand that there are NO REFUNDS, ONLY CREDIT TOWARDS SKINCARE, BODY TREATMENTS OR PRODUCTS and will not hold All Things Skin responsible for any chargebacks. Any chargebacks to All Things Skin, including payments for appointment deposits and any other service, will be submitted to small claims court of Los Angeles County.

 

I acknowledged I've read this policy and I do understand that there are NO REFUNDS for ANY KIND OF PAYMENTS, that includes booking deposits and payments of the service and will not hold All Things Skin responsible for ANY chargebacks.
